All offerings are provided online, and we serve a global audience, while operating from Los Angeles, California.

Digital Products
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital downloads and instant-access programs, all sales are final.

Coaching Services Policy
Exceptions & Acknowledgement of No Refund Policy
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Dissatisfaction with content does not constitute grounds for a refund. All product descriptions, previews, and details are available prior to purchase for your review.
- Change in personal circumstances — including but not limited to changes in schedule, financial situation, health status, relationship status, or life events — does not qualify for a refund or credit.
- Failure to access, use, or complete a digital product, course, or program after access has been granted does not entitle you to a refund.
- Technical difficulties on your end, including device incompatibility or internet access issues, do not qualify for a refund. Please ensure your device meets basic requirements before purchasing.
- Duplicate purchases made in error must be reported within 48 hours of purchase to be considered for a one-time courtesy credit toward a future purchase or refund.

Session Flexibility & Banking
All coaching purchases are non-refundable. However, we honor flexibility and real life. If you choose to pause coaching for personal, emotional, or scheduling reasons:
- Any unused sessions may be banked
- Banked sessions are valid for up to 12 months from the original purchase date
- Sessions must be scheduled within that 12-month window or they will expire
Group Detoxes & Memberships
Group Programs
Group detox programs follow the same no-refund policy as digital programs due to preparation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Memberships may be offered as free or paid in the future. Membership terms, pricing, and cancellation options will be clearly disclosed at the time of enrollment.

AI Protection Clause

Client may not input, upload, or otherwise provide Wellness with Rah's proprietary materials — including but not limited to course content, frameworks, templates, worksheets, methodologies, and recordings — into any artificial intelligence tools, machine learning systems, or automated content generation technology for any purpose, including summarization, analysis, rewriting, or content generation.
Client may not use Wellness with Rah's materials to create derivative works using AI or to train AI models, language learning models, or similar systems. Any use of Wellness with Rah's materials with AI tools requires Wellness with Rah's express written permission.
AI Use Disclaimer
Our Use of AI Tools
Wellness with Rah may use artificial intelligence ("AI") tools as part of the creative or editing process, including but not limited to image culling, copy editing, design enhancement, or content generation.
Wellness with Rah affirms that the final deliverables provided to Client are human-created and/or human-directed, reviewed, and finalized, and remain the intellectual property of Wellness with Rah unless otherwise assigned under this Agreement. Use of AI tools does not alter Wellness with Rah's ownership of the deliverables, nor does it grant Client any additional rights beyond those expressly stated in this Agreement.
